Fraudsters allegedly using Governor Ayade’s name, images to dupe Nigerians. Thousands of Nigerians have been defrauded by fraudsters who used the name and image of Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State to swindle unsuspecting persons. The fraudsters extort money and dupe their victims to the tune of several millions of naira. Already, many have fallen victims to these fraudsters. Most of the victims according to DAILY POST investigation are unemployed youths who have lost thousands of naira to the group. The group according investigations cloned Governor Ayade’s photographs taken at various social functions in the State and other materials to perpetuate the evil acts. Neymar: La Liga threatens FFP legal action against PSG. La Liga president, Javier Tebas, has threatened legal action if UEFA failed to properly investigate what he feels are clear breaches of the organisation’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules by Paris Saint-Germain. The grounds of Tebas’ complaint are not made clear in an interview with Mundo Deportivo. But he insists PSG’s desire to pay Neymar’s €222million buyout clause is not his only issue. “We will [make a complaint about PSG] because they infringe UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules and also the European Union’s competition rules,” Tebas said. “We will make a complaint to UEFA and if they don’t do anything we will take it to the competition tribunals in Switzerland and Brussels. PSG ready to offer Di Maria to Barcelona in swap deal for Neymar. Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to send Angel Di Maria to Barcelona, as well as £195million (€220m), in order to close their record-breaking deal for Neymar. Diario AS reported on Friday, that the former Manchester United player could be used as part of the deal. PSG see it as a way of avoiding paying Neymar’s transfer buy-out clause to the Spanish league and incurring a tax bill of over £62m. Paying the buyout clause means PSG pay Neymar £195m and he then deposits the sum with the league to free him from his Barca contract. This method of payment could drag them into a dispute with the French taxman, who will see passing of the money to Neymar as taxable income.
